I had an issue with my laptop — the screen kept going black whenever I used the touchpad. I called Ahmad from internet dean, and he was super helpful. We met at a café near my place in Cairo, and he fixed it right there while explaining what was wrong. He also gave me some great tips and told me to check back in a week to make sure everything’s still fine. Really friendly, honest, and professional — I definitely recommend him if you need your laptop fixed in Cairo!
